分析了当今舞台工程中升降舞台常见的系统结构和控制要求,以及在实际工程中造成升降舞台运行不同步的主要因素。在分析了多电动机同步控制理论的基础上提出了一种适用于升降舞台的混合同步控制方法,并且该方法在实际工程得到了成功应用。最后分析了由多个小型升降台组成的舞台群以水平和波浪两种方式运行的控制要求,基于模糊理论设计了两种易于在可编程序逻辑控制器(PLC)中实现的新型模糊同步控制方法。
The common system structure and control requirements of the elevator stage in today’s stage engineering are analyzed, and the main factors that cause the elevator stage to go out of sync in the actual project are analyzed. Based on the analysis of multi-motor synchronous control theory, a hybrid synchronous control method suitable for the stage of the elevator is proposed. The method has been successfully applied in practical engineering. Finally, the control requirements of the stage group composed of multiple small lifting platforms are analyzed in both horizontal and wavy ways. Based on the fuzzy theory, two kinds of new fuzzy synchronization control which is easy to be implemented in the programmable logic controller (PLC) method.
