目的探讨我国医药卫生查新研究现状和发展趋势。方法采用文献计量方法和内容分析法,通过检索“中国期刊全文数据库”1999-2009年发表的有关医药卫生查新方面的论文,从论文的发表年代、期刊分布、论文主题内容等方面进行分析。结果医药卫生查新期刊论文共186篇,11年间论文发表总体呈上升趋势;其中《医学信息学杂志》、《中华医学图书情报杂志》2种刊物是报道医药卫生查新研究内容的核心期刊;查新概述、查新质量控制、查新统计分析等3个主题是医药卫生查新研究领域的关注点。结论经过20年的发展,查新的重要性越来越被大家认识到,查新的研究课题不断深入,与其他学科研究的不断融合,查新工作概述类研究和查新质量管理方面的研究将会成为今后很长一段时间的研究热点和重点。
Objective To explore the status quo and development trend of Chinese medical and health research. Methods The methods of literature measurement and content analysis were used to search the essays published in Chinese Journal Full-text Database 1999-2009 on the aspects of medical and health examination, from the publication date, the periodical distribution and the subject content of the thesis analysis. Results There were altogether 186 articles in medical and health check-up periodicals, and the total number of articles published in 11 years was on the rise. The two journals, “Journal of Medical Informatics” and “Journal of Medical Library and Information Service of China”, were the core journals covering the research contents of medical and health check- A new overview of search, check the new quality control, check the new statistical analysis of three topics is the medical health check new research areas of concern. Conclusions After 20 years of development, the importance of auditing is becoming more and more recognized by all, as new research topics continue to deepen, and other disciplines continue to be integrated, the new work overview of research and new quality management research It will become a research hotspot and focus for a long time in the future.
