以野生食蚊鱼和斑马鱼为动物模型,对4株猪链球菌分离株进行致病性比较分析,以确定其作为猪链球菌试验模型的可行性。对斑马鱼和食蚊鱼背部肌肉接种不同稀释度的猪链球菌分离株,连续观察96 h。统计死亡数并计算半数致死量。制作石蜡切片及冰冻切片,观察组织病变。结果显示:斑马鱼对于猪链球菌强毒株敏感,攻毒后出现病变、死亡,并伴有肝、肠和肾脏病变,半数致死量在8.79×103cfu至3.02×104cfu之间;对猪无致病力的菌株,不表现任何病变;而食蚊鱼对于猪链球菌不敏感,未出现病变。
The wild mosquitoes and zebrafish were used as animal models to compare the pathogenicity of four isolates of Streptococcus suis to determine their feasibility as experimental model of Streptococcus suis. The zebrafish and mosquito fish back muscles inoculated with different dilutions of Streptococcus suis isolates, continuous observation of 96 h. Calculate the number of deaths and calculate the median lethal dose. Make paraffin sections and frozen sections to observe the tissue lesions. The results showed that the zebrafish was sensitive to the virulent strain of Streptococcus suis and it was diseased and died after being challenged with the pathological changes of liver, intestine and kidney, the median lethal dose was between 8.79 × 103cfu and 3.02 × 104cfu; Disease strains, does not show any disease; mosquito fish is not sensitive to Streptococcus suis, no lesions.
