本文是针对解决欠发达农村中、小学体育教师流失较严重和农村体育工作者相对缺乏这两个问题而提出授予优秀体育教师双重身份。此举可提高农村体育教师地位和待遇,为农村留住人才;培养更多的体育爱好者,从而推动农村体育的发展。
This article is aimed at solving the two problems of less well-developed rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers’ loss and the relative lack of rural sports workers, and proposes to grant the dual identities of outstanding physical education teachers. This measure can improve the position and treatment of rural PE teachers, retain talents for the rural areas and cultivate more sports lovers so as to promote the development of PE in rural areas.
