为了解决某冷轧连续退火机组的飞剪在剪切后、剪刃经常与运动着的带头相撞造成卡钢的问题,提出了一种飞剪控制新方法,即根据剪刃实际位置和理想位置的偏差进行飞剪离合器吸合时间的自适应修正。多条连续退火机组应用结果表明,该控制方法能使出口飞剪角度控制精度和运行稳定性得到大幅提升。
