新疆游牧民族定居带来的生产生活方式的变化十分明显 ,与之同时 ,游牧少数民族的精神文化也发生了巨大的变迁。这种从外源性变迁带来的内源性变迁 ,反过来又进一步强化和催生了其外源性变迁与内源性变迁的统一和谐 ,更进一步促进了牧民文化素质的提高和观念的更新 ,促进了少数民族传统文化与现代文化的融合。由此而产生正面的以及负面的影响也越来越明显 ,如何面对这种影响 ,以及如何处理因此而产生的诸多问题 ,就成了我们着手研究的课题
