乙醇制氢氧化钾液(0.05mol/L)是我厂治肝炎药物齐墩果酸含量测定用的滴定液,中国药典1985年版附录中载有本液(0.5mol/L)的配制、标定及贮藏方法,参照该法配制的溶液在贮藏时常发生浑浊、沉淀及颜色变黄,影响使用。通过改进配制方法及贮藏条件,基本上解决了这一问题。经过3年多的实践,按下法配制、贮藏。可使本液保持2个月以上不发生浑浊、变色。
