文章在明晰网络信息资源概念及特征的基础上,探讨在网络环境下信息资源有效配置目标定位,初步归纳在新的信息环境下网络信息资源实现有效配置的基本方式。
On the basis of clarifying the concept and characteristics of network information resources, the article explores the target location of effective allocation of information resources under network environment and initially summarizes the basic ways of realizing effective configuration of network information resources under the new information environment.
