以沙质“育苗”培养基质施以Johnson培养液(JNS)和Osmocote 19N--2.6P--9.9K的肥料培植甜玉米根系来繁殖VA菌根真菌(G.aggegratum)的接种剂。12周后,随着Osmocote施用量从0.82g kg~(-1)到1.32g kg~(-1),地上部及根的干物重分别增加87%及132%。然而,Osmocote肥料超过此施用量,则不再显著增加VA菌根真菌的孢子量和叶组织P浓度。Osmocote培养物每施10kg育苗培养物平均产孢子325万个,比用JNS营养液产孢子数增加261%。Osmocote比JNS培养物产孢子较多是由于栽植后6--12周P的浓度较低和在6周中,根系着生VA菌根真菌的数量较多。
Inoculant of VA mycorrhizal fungi (G. aggegratum) was propagated by planting sweet corn roots with sandy seedling culture medium supplemented with Johnson medium (JNS) and Osmocote 19N - 2.6P - 9.9K fertilizer. After 12 weeks, the dry weight of shoots and roots increased by 87% and 132%, respectively, with the application rates of Osmocote from 0.82g kg -1 to 1.32g kg -1. However, an excess of Osmocote fertilizer beyond this level no longer significantly increased the amount of VA mycorrhizal fungi and leaf tissue P concentration. Osmocote culture gave an average spore production of 3.25 million spores per 10 kg nursery culture, an increase of 261% over the number of spores produced by the JNS nutrient solution. Osmocote produced more spores than JNS cultures due to the lower concentrations of P at 6 to 12 weeks after planting and the greater number of root VA mycorrhizal fungi at 6 weeks.
