应用文写作实践性、应用性很强,应用文写作能力是衡量一个人综合素质的重要维度。近年来,全国大多数的高校特别是应用型本科和高职院校均开设了应用文写作课程,但是教学效果却并不尽如人意,反映在用人环节就是“上岗不能立马上手”的问题。如何提高应用文写作教学的有效性,培养出“适销对路”“上岗即上手”的应用文写作人才,成为了应用文写作课程教学与改革亟待认真思考与探索的核心命题。一、用人单位的现实困惑
