编辑同志: 我最近收集到2枚明信片,但不知道是我国发行的还是朝鲜发行的,因手头上无相关资料可查,询问当地一些资深邮人也不得其解。从图案上看,那枚“女儿”画面上5个人物服饰等均系朝鲜族,而那枚“老黑山的勇士们”6名战士军装也应属“朝鲜人民军”军装。据出售此片的老者讲这是从志愿军老人处收来的,但不知是哪国发行的。如属朝鲜发行,为何多用中文?如属我国发行,又为何标名朝鲜平壤字样并以朝鲜画作为主题呢?此套明信片一套共有几枚?使用范围和价值如何? (江苏东海·戴金良)
