新建普通本科师范院校因为学生英语水平问题,大学英语教学一直都是教学工作的重中之重,而课堂又是学生获得知识和进步最重要的场所,成功的课堂教学直接决定大学英语教学的水平。本文旨在帮助大学英语教师对课堂动机策略有更深入的认识和理解。本研究发现,营造轻松的课堂气氛,采用亲切自然的教态,使用正面积极地口头言语鼓励学生、评价学生的作业或者活动,根据教学内容安排有趣的课堂活动或者语言游戏等动机策略更受大学英语教师青睐,也能使学生在课堂上发挥主观能动性,提高英语教学水平。
Because of the students’ English proficiency, college English teaching has always been the most important task in teaching, and the classroom is also the most important place for students to acquire knowledge and progress. Successful classroom teaching directly determines the college English teaching Level. This article aims to help college English teachers to have a deeper understanding of classroom motivation strategies. This study found that motivation strategies such as creating a relaxed classroom atmosphere, using friendly and natural teaching patterns, using positive verbal language to encourage students, evaluating students’ assignments or activities, arranging interesting classroom activities or language games based on teaching content, English teachers favor, but also enable students to play a subjective initiative in the classroom, improve English teaching.
