清华大学附属中学(以下简称清华附中)作为一所百年老校,始终坚持“以育人为中心,以学生为主体”的教育思想和办学传统,在教学、科研、管理、人才培养等方面取得了丰硕的成果,为祖国建设和社会发展培养了大批人才。面对以“立德树人”为目标的教育体制深化改革,应对以“多元化评价”为特征的考试招生制度出台,响应以“育人为本深度融合”为核心的教育装备工作意见,清华附中有自己的思考认识和扎实的实践探索。本刊本期通过刊登校长访谈和开设“清华附中”专题,重点介绍清华附中运用教育装备所进行的教育教学改革,展示教育装备与教育教学深度融合的优秀案例。以下是王殿军校长访谈实录,以飨读者。
