《肉类研究》杂志创刊于1987年,主办单位为中国肉类食品综合研究中心。《肉类研究》是经国家新闻出版总署正式批准,面向国内外公开发行的中文科技期刊,国际标准刊号:ISSN1001-8123,国内统一刊号:CN11-2682/TS。月刊。本刊自2011年开始由《食品科学》杂志的编辑团队全新打造,2011~2013年连续入选《中国科技核心期刊》,影响因子持续上升。本刊还被《中国核心期刊(遴选)数据库》《中国期刊全文数据库》《中文科技期刊数据库》《中国期刊网》等数据库全文收录。《肉类研究》融学术研究、产品开发和技术创新为一体,致力于肉类科研和技术推广,构筑学者交流平台,
“Meat Research” magazine was founded in 1987, the organizers of China Meat Research Center. “Meat Research” is a Chinese science and technology journal officially approved by the State Press and Publication Administration for domestic and overseas public offering. The ISSN1001-8123 is the national standard for serial numbers: CN11-2682 / TS. Monthly. Since 2011, this magazine has been completely created by the editorial team of Food Science magazine. Since 2011-2013, it has continuously been selected as the core journal of China’s science and technology, and the impact factor has continued to rise.
