目的 :探讨原癌基因cyclinD1和抑癌基因Rb的表达与猪冠状动脉球囊损伤后内膜增殖的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化法检测猪冠状动脉球囊损伤后壁内cyclinD1和Rb蛋白的表达。结果 :增生的内膜和中膜内cyclinD1和Rb蛋白表达阳性 ,阳性细胞呈点片状分布 ,阳性强度与内膜增生程度有关 ,两个基因的表达具有相关性。结论 :CyclinD1和Rb基因与猪冠状动脉球囊损伤后内膜增殖密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of oncogene cyclinD1 and tumor suppressor gene Rb and intima proliferation after porcine coronary artery injury. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of cyclinD1 and Rb in the wall of porcine coronary artery after balloon injury. Results: The expressions of cyclinD1 and Rb in proliferating endometrium and tunica media were positive, and the positive cells were patchy. The positive intensity was related to the degree of intimal hyperplasia, and the expression of the two genes was correlated. Conclusion: CyclinD1 and Rb genes are closely related to intima proliferation after balloon injury of porcine coronary arteries.
