结合江苏淮安抽水二站,对拦污栅阻力造成的危害进行了研究,包括拦污栅阻水会加剧水泵空化、空蚀,引起机组产生噪声和振动,并造成巨大的能量损失等。所得结论对类似泵站亦有参考价值。
Combined with Jiangsu Huai’an pumping station two, the harm caused by the trash rack resistance was studied. Including the trash rack blocking water will aggravate the pump cavitation and cavitation, causing the unit to produce noise and vibration and cause huge energy loss. The conclusions obtained are also of similar value to similar pumping stations.
