我们是一个综合性门诊部,有X线机设备,在防痨工作方面,过去只是做了一些团体检查和部分门诊治疗工作,对结核病的管理和预防工作却从未过问。自从实行分级分工医疗以来,我们的防痨工作纳入了防痨网的组织,接受了结核病防治所的业务领导,从而使工作有进一步的开展,为今后开展地段防痨工作打下了基拙。我们在纳入防痨网组织以后,首先是参加了以结核病防治所为中心的定期病案讨论会,使我们在诊断、治疗和病人处理的技术水平上有了显著的提高。在参加病案讨论会的开始,我们提出讨论的病例达就诊病人的100％,而至今年9月则提出讨论的病例只占15％了。
We are a general outpatient department with X-ray equipment. In the anti-tuberculosis work, we did some group screening and some outpatient treatment in the past, but we have never questioned the management and prevention of tuberculosis. Since the implementation of the phased division of labor, our anti-tuberculosis work has been incorporated into the anti-tuberculosis network and accepted the operational leadership of the TB prevention and control station. As a result, our work has been further carried out, laying a solid foundation for future district anti-tuberculosis work. After we embarked on the anti-tuberculosis network, we first participated in a regular case-management workshop centered on TB prevention and treatment, which marked a significant improvement in the technical level of diagnosis, treatment and patient treatment. At the beginning of the case discussion, we raised 100% of the cases discussed and only 15% of the cases discussed in September this year.
