1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 10名患者,男7名,女3名,平均年龄25岁,中毒原因均为在检修丙烯腈泵、反应器、精馏塔以及装卸丙烯腈桶时被丙烯腈液直接污染皮肤所致。其中4名皮炎面积在1%以上,6名在1%以下。最短住院时间6天,最长14天,平均9.5天。
