描述了一种合成PPy/SiO2纳米复合材料的新方法。首先用不同百分含量的氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APS)处理SiO2,然后通过化学氧化聚合法合成PPy/APSSiO2纳米复合材料。文中讨论了偶联剂的使用对复合材料的影响及其作用机理。结果表明,用APS处理过的SiO2合成的复合材料其PPy含量、电导率和稳定性都有很大提高,其中用1%APSSiO2合成的复合材料电导率最高,为38.4S/cm。文中还阐述了偶联剂的预处理对PPy/SiO纳米复合材料形貌的影响。
A new method for synthesizing PPy / SiO2 nanocomposites is described. Firstly, SiO2 was treated with different percentages of aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APS), and PPy / APSSiO2 nanocomposites were synthesized by chemical oxidation polymerization. The effect of the coupling agent on the composites and the mechanism of action are discussed. The results showed that the PPy content, conductivity and stability of APS-treated composites were greatly improved. The composite with 1% APSSiO2 had the highest conductivity of 38.4S / cm. The article also describes the coupling agent pretreatment of PPy / SiO nanocomposites morphology.
