现将《国务院关于严格控制居民消费价格上涨的通知》(国发明电[1996]6号)转发你们。结合我省实际,提出以下几点贯彻意见,请一并遵照执行。一、各地、州、市要对今年1——8月的零售物价和消费价格上涨情况进行一次全面检查,凡涨幅高于全省平均水平的地区(全省1——8月平均零售物价涨幅为6.4%,居民消费价格涨幅为8.5%),要向省政府报告情况,说明原因和拟采取的措施,同时抄告省物价局。
We hereby forward to you the State Council’s Notice on Strictly Controling the Rise in Consumer Prices (GuoDianYeDian [1996] No. 6). Combined with the actual situation in our province, put forward the following points to implement the views, please follow the implementation. First, all localities, prefectures and cities should conduct a comprehensive inspection of the retail prices and consumer prices in January-August this year. Where the increase is higher than the provincial average (the province’s January-August average retail price increase 6.4% and the consumer price increase of 8.5%), it is necessary to report the situation to the provincial government, explain the reasons and the measures to be taken, and meanwhile copy it to the Provincial Price Bureau.
