能量回馈式系统是变频曳引电梯广泛使用的一种节能系统,如何通过正确判断变频器状态来判断电梯处于电动状态还是发电状态,对能量回馈式节能系统的自动运行工作十分重要。因此设计一种能判断变频器实时工作状态的节能系统,利用在曳引设备变频器输出端任一回路中接入电流传感器,检测其是否有电流以判定变频器的运行状态。测试结果表明:该系统每月的用电量比原系统减少了38%以上,实现了变频曳引设备系统准确判断变频器运行状态并自动完成势能回收及反馈供电的节能控制。
Energy feedback system is a kind of energy-saving system which is widely used in variable frequency traction elevator. How to judge whether the elevator is in the electric state or the power generation state by correctly judging the state of the inverter is very important to the automatic operation of the energy-feedback energy-saving system. Therefore, an energy-saving system that can determine the real-time working state of the inverter is designed. The current sensor is connected to any circuit at the output end of the traction device to detect whether there is current to determine the running status of the inverter. The test results show that the monthly power consumption of the system is reduced by 38% or more compared with that of the original system, and the system of frequency conversion traction equipment can accurately determine the operation state of the frequency converter and automatically complete energy recovery and energy saving control of feedback power supply.
