2015年新颁布的《博物馆条例》中对博物馆的三大功能做了次序调整,博物馆“教育”目的的重要性被充分强调。博物馆教育作为学校和家庭教育的辅助和延伸,其特殊的形式发挥着不可替代的作用。它运用大量的文物、标本、模型等实物资料,向青少年形象地传播科学文化知识。如何根据博物馆的自身特点,结合青少年的成长需要,在“以人为本”的理念下开展博物馆的教育活动,是一个值得我们思考和探索的重要课题。论文通过结合黑龙江流域博物馆开展活动的实例,从加强爱国主义教育基地建设,提高青少年的思想品德修养;改变陈列展览的设计思路和手段,增强博物馆对青少年的吸引力;完善网站建设,提升对青少年传播信息的服务水平三方面阐述了博物馆如何在当前时代背景下更好地开展社会教育活动,给予青少年更多、更细致的重视。
In 2015, the newly promulgated “Regulations of the Museum” made a sequence adjustment of the three major functions of the museum. The importance of the museum’s purpose of education was fully underscored. As an auxiliary and extension of school and family education, museum education plays an irreplaceable role in its special form. It uses a large number of cultural relics, specimens, models and other physical information, the image of young people to spread scientific and cultural knowledge. How to carry out the educational activities of museums under the concept of “people-oriented” according to the characteristics of the museum and the needs of the growth of young people is an important topic worthy of our consideration and exploration. Through combining with the example of Heilongjiang River Basin Museum, this paper improves the construction of patriotism education base, enhances the teenagers’ ideological and moral accomplishment, changes the design ideas and methods of the exhibition and exhibition, enhances the attractiveness of the museum to young people, improves the website construction, The service level of disseminating information expounds how museums can better carry out social education activities in the current era and give more and more attention to young people.
