随着我国市场经济的不断发展,我国企业经过几次经济体制的改革,发展规模得到了较大的提升,在我国国民经济中起到了十分重要的作用。资金是现代企业生存发展的血液,特别是对于发展规模较大的企业来说显得特别重要,从狭义上来说,融资是企业资金筹集过程,同时也是企业财务管理工作中的重要组成部分,因此在财务管理角度下采用科学合理的融资策略可以对企业起到十分重要的作用。本文从科学融资策略对企业的重要性出发,分析了企业融资策略中存在的问题,并在财务管理角度下提出了几点提高企业融资策略的建议,目的在于提高企业的融资战略水平。
