Wuhan, Hubei Province, started the construction of 4 state-level energy research and development centers, namely the National Energy Pressurized Reactor Technology R & D Center, the National Energy and Natural Gas Long-distance Pipeline Technology and Equipment R & D Center, the National Energy Coal Clean and Low-Carbon Power Generation Technology Research and Development Center, Energy and New Energy Access Equipment R & D (Experiment) Center covering key areas of a number of new energy industries such as nuclear power, natural gas, new energy access and carbon capture of clean energy.
