英语是一门交际工具,经济全球化以及政治多极化的社会背景之下,掌握英语这门交际工具对于增强人才就业竞争力具有重大意义。初中英语是义务教育重要一环,如何做好初中英语教学工作,为新世纪人才培养奠定良好基础是每一位英语教师都在思考的话题。作为一名初中英语教师,本人认为,新课标下初中英语有效教学至少需要做到如下三点:一、强调学习过程,创设交际情境;二、丰富课程资源,拓展学习渠道;三、优化评价方式,促进全面发展。
English is a communicative tool, and under the social background of economic globalization and political multi-polarization, mastering communicative tools in English is of great significance to enhancing the employment competitiveness of qualified personnel. English in junior high schools is an important part of compulsory education. How to do a good job in junior high school English teaching and lay a good foundation for training qualified personnel in the new century is a topic that every English teacher is thinking about. As a junior high school English teacher, I think, under the new curriculum standard junior high school English effective teaching at least need to do the following three points: First, emphasize the learning process, creating communicative situations; Second, enrich the curriculum resources to expand learning channels; Third, optimize the evaluation Ways to promote all-round development.
