一、前言偏振光在金相研究上。已有几十年的历史。随着工业的发展,新材料不断涌现,偏振光金相显微结构分析得到了广泛的应用。由于石墨结晶具有各向异性的特征,对偏振光反应灵敏,因此应用偏振光金相显微方法,对碳素制品进行结构分析是有较为明显的效果。对碳制品的材料组成、粒度和碳素材料石墨化程度进行测定,使偏振光金相显微结构分析能更好地为生产和科研工作提供性能参数。偏振光在金相研究方面的应用主要有两方面:1、金相组织的研究——晶粒及组织的显示;
First, the preface Polarized light in metallographic research. Has decades of history. With the development of industry, new materials continue to emerge, polarized light microstructure analysis has been widely used. Because of the anisotropic characteristics of graphite crystals, sensitive to polarized light, so the application of polarized light microscopy microstructure of carbon products for structural analysis is a more obvious effect. The material composition, particle size and graphitization degree of carbon material were measured, so that the polarized light microstructure analysis could better provide the performance parameters for the production and research work. The application of polarized light in metallographic research mainly has two aspects: 1, the research of the microstructure - the display of the crystal grains and the structure;
