目的:用现代药理实验方法研究扶芳藤对心血管的作用。方法:用小鼠气管结扎法,实验性动一静脉旁路血栓形成法,肠系膜微循环法,耳廓微循环法,观察扶芳藤对心血管的作用。灌胃给药测定其最大耐受量(MTD)。结果:扶芳藏水煎醇沉液可延长小鼠心肌缺氧的存活时间,抑制血栓形成,改善去甲肾上腺素(NA)所致的肠系膜微循环障碍,并可扩张耳廓微血管。MTD为360g生药/kg.结论:扶芳藤对心血管有良好的药理作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Euonymus fortunei on cardiovascular by modern pharmacological experiment. Methods: The effect of Euphorbia pulcherrimus on cardiovascular function was observed by tracheal ligation in mice, experimental arteriovenous bypass thrombosis, mesenteric microcirculation and auricle microcirculation. The maximum tolerated dose (MTD) was determined by intragastric administration. Results: Fangfang Tibetan decoction with water decoction can prolong the survival time of myocardial hypoxia, inhibit thrombosis, improve norepinephrine (NA) induced mesenteric microcirculation, and can expand the auricle capillaries. MTD is 360g crude drug / kg. Conclusion: Euonymus japonicus has good pharmacological effects on cardiovascular.
