本文叙述了不锈钢中硅、锰、镍、铬、钛等十二个元素的X射线荧光光谱分析方法。文中对不锈钢中各元素特征谱线间的干扰及扣除问题,对理论α值和实验α值分别做了试验。讨论了各元素α值对分析结果产生的影响;定性研究了α值与原子序数Z之间的关系;探讨了如何确定和使用α值的问题等等。最后用36个不同牌号的不锈钢标准试样验证了本分析方法的准确度。
This paper describes the X-ray fluorescence analysis of twelve elements of Si, Mn, Ni, Cr and Ti in stainless steel. In this paper, the interference and deduction between the spectral lines of each element in stainless steel were tested. The theoretical α and the experimental α were tested respectively. The influence of the α value of each element on the analysis results is discussed. The relationship between the α value and the atomic number Z is qualitatively studied. The problems of how to determine and use the α value are discussed. Finally, 36 different grades of stainless steel standard samples were used to verify the accuracy of this method.
