1 前言武钢生产的08铝钢主要用作汽车深冲板和其他工业深冲制品。由于加工零件拉延和冲压形变复杂,要求钢板具有低屈伏点,高塑性和良好成型性,在冶炼和轧制上难度较大。对这种钢板过去依赖进口,一米七轧机投产后,从1978年7月开始,武钢把08铝钢作为一个新钢种,在转炉——连铸——热轧——冷轧工艺上,从试制到大批量生产,经历十年,已成为一米七的一个主要钢种,截止1989底已为国家提供冷轧深冲板20万吨。由于不断改进生产工艺,提高冶炼命中率,改善钢质和性能,于1985年荣获国家优质产品银牌奖。
