目的了解合溪水库主要水系钉螺分布与扩散情况,评价合溪水库血防工程控制钉螺的效果。方法采用草帘诱螺法在合溪水库主要水系不同区域水体诱捕钉螺,在水库网捞法打捞漂浮物查找钉螺,分析合溪水库主要水系水体螺情变化情况。结果投放草帘1 800条,在南溪源头诱获37只钉螺,其余区域未诱获钉螺。水库库区打捞漂浮物5 870 kg,未发现钉螺。结论合溪水库血防项目有效阻止了钉螺扩散,但上游仍有钉螺孳生,需加强水库区域的钉螺监测与控制。
Objective To understand the distribution and spread of Oncomelania snails in the main water system of the Hexi Reservoir and to evaluate the control effect of the snail control project in the Hexi Reservoir. Methods Straw snails were used to induce snails in different areas of the main water system of the Hexi Reservoir. In the reservoir network, the snails were retrieved by salvaging floating debris to analyze the changes of the snails in the main water system of the Hexi Reservoir. As a result, 1,800 straw curtains were placed, 37 snails were seized at the source of Nanxi and snails were not found in the rest of the area. In the reservoir area, 5 870 kg of floating debris were recovered, and no snails were found. Conclusion The blood-protection project in Hexi Reservoir effectively prevented the spread of snails, but there was still snail breeding in the upper reaches of the reservoir. Monitoring and control of snails in the reservoir area should be strengthened.
