涉检网络舆情具有:关注对象的特定性、关注消息的负面性、关注时间的持续性的特征,作为公众对自己关心或与自身利益紧密相关的各种公共事务所持有的多种情绪、态度和意见交错的总和的网络舆情,其干扰了检察机关的正常工作秩序;影响检察机关的整体对外形象,因而务必弄清其发生的原因:群众对公权力部门的不信任感;部分报道的不真实;检察机关应对涉检网络舆情的能力较弱。对涉检网络舆情我们必须:提高人员素质,规范执法办案;建立网评队伍,加强日常监控;查明事实真相,及时发布信息;及时进行处理,杜绝自我包庇;总结经验教训,完善应对机制。
