文章通过文献资料的查阅,结合高校武术教育工作实践,在非物质文化遗产视域下,对高校武术教学中文化理念缺失、教学内容竞技性过强等进行了反思。基于以上反思,提出高校武术教育的“文化渗透”应以“文化理念”引领高校武术教育,以传统武术文化贯穿高校武术教学内容,以“从外到内、身心合一、悟练结合”为主要教学路径,重新定位高校武术课程的教学目标。
Through the review of the literature and the practice of Wushu education in colleges and universities, the article reflects on the lack of cultural concept and the excessive competition of teaching content in the field of non-material cultural heritage. Based on the above reflections, it is suggested that “cultural infiltration” of Wushu education in colleges and universities should lead the education of Wushu in colleges and universities with “cultural ideas ”, with the traditional Wushu culture running through the contents of Wushu teaching in colleges and universities, Wugu combined with "as the main teaching route, repositioning the teaching objectives of Wushu curriculum in colleges and universities.
