患儿:女,三天。因生后一直呕吐粘液样物,以新生儿肺炎于1991-05-06入院。该患儿出生后鼻腔即流粘液样物,呕吐不止,呈非喷射性,每日8-10次,呕吐物为粘液无血性。曾口服消化剂,症状不见缓解。3天仅排少量胎便三次。患儿系五孕五产,足月正常分娩。出生体重3400g,生后无窒息,母乳喂养。查体:一般状态差,精神萎糜,体温37.8℃,脉膊120次/分,呼吸急促,口周发绀。时而呻吟,反应极差,皮膜,巩膜未见黄染、出血点及皮疹。前囟平坦,瞳孔等大,鼻腔可见白色粘液样
