通过对不同凝固压力下真空差压铸造ZL205A试样的致密度进行测试与分析,研究了不同凝固压力对真空差压铸造Al-Cu合金致密度的影响。结果表明,在真空差压单级加压工艺下,随着凝固压力增大,不同壁厚试样的致密度均增大。试样从近浇口端向顶端,致密度成V形变化趋势。而且随着凝固压力的增加,V形变化趋势逐渐平稳。分级加压凝固的试样致密度高于单级加压凝固压力试样致密度,在同一凝固压力下,壁厚越大,致密度越高。
The compactness of vacuum differential pressure casting ZL205A was tested and analyzed under different solidification pressures, and the effect of different solidification pressure on the density of Al-Cu alloy by vacuum differential pressure casting was studied. The results show that the density of different wall thickness samples increases with the increase of the solidification pressure under the single-stage vacuum pressure differential pressure process. Sample near the gate from the end to the top, the density into a V-shaped trend. Moreover, with the increase of the solidification pressure, the V-shape changes gradually and steadily. The density of the specimens subjected to compression and solidification is higher than that of the specimens subjected to single-stage compression and solidification. Under the same solidification pressure, the greater the wall thickness, the higher the density.
