在此阐述了在我国环境污染事故频繁的严峻形势下发展环境污染责任保险制度的重要意义。在简要介绍我国环境立法及我国环境污染责任保险现状及进展的基础上,找出当前环境污染责任保险面临的主要问题及其原因分析,提出了完善有关立法,找到产生这些问题的深层次原因,并完善配套机制等对策建议。
This article elaborates the significance of developing the environmental pollution liability insurance system under the severe and frequent situation of environmental pollution accident in our country. On the basis of brief introduction of our country’s environmental legislation and the status quo and progress of our country’s environmental pollution liability insurance, we can find out the main problems and the reasons for the current environmental pollution liability insurance, put forward some suggestions to improve the relevant legislation and find out the deep reasons for these problems, And improve the matching mechanism and other countermeasures and suggestions.
