液动力是设计、分析液压控制阀及液压系统考虑的重要因素之一。文中采用理论推导与CFD结合的方法,利用流体分析软件FLUENT进行不同开口度下的仿真实验,仿真研究了不同开口度以及不同边界条件的滑阀阀内的流场,分析了出口节流滑阀阀芯所受的最大液动力,并提出了优化方法。所进行的研究工作对于系统建模分析和滑阀液动力的补偿研究提供了依据。
Hydraulic power is the design, analysis of hydraulic control valves and hydraulic systems to consider one of the important factors. In this paper, the method of theoretical derivation and CFD is used to simulate the flow field in the valve with different opening degree and different boundary conditions by using the fluid analysis software FLUENT. The simulation results show that the outlet throttle valve Spool suffered the largest hydraulic power, and proposed optimization methods. The research work provided the basis for the research of system modeling and the compensation of the slide valve hydraulic power.
