目的:观察养阴生津治法治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤放射治疗所致口干的临床疗效。方法:将80例首程放疗的头颈部肿瘤患者随机分为2组各40例,观察组在放射治疗开始时加服养阴生津汤剂至放射治疗结束,对照组行单纯放射治疗。在放射治疗累积剂量达0Gy、10Gy、20Gy、40Gy、60Gy时分别记录口干程度并留取唾液进行唾液分泌量的测定。结果:随放射治疗累积剂量的增加,唾液分泌量降低,在放射治疗累积剂量达10Gy、20Gy、40Gy时,观察组的唾液分泌量较对照组高,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),在放射治疗累积剂量达60Gy时,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);放射治疗累积剂量达10Gy、20Gy、40Gy、60Gy时,2组口干程度随剂量增大而增加,观察组的口干症状轻于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:养阴生津治法在头颈部肿瘤放射治疗过程中,可在一定程度上保护涎腺的功能,改善口干症状。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yangyin Shengjin treatment on dry mouth caused by radiotherapy of head and neck malignant tumor. Methods: 80 cases of head and neck cancer patients undergoing first-course radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases. The observation group was treated with Yangyin Shengjin Decoction at the beginning of radiation therapy to the end of radiotherapy, and the control group was treated with radiotherapy alone. When the cumulative doses of radiation therapy were 0 Gy, 10 Gy, 20 Gy, 40 Gy, and 60 Gy, the degree of dry mouth was recorded and saliva was taken for measurement of salivary secretion. RESULTS: With the increase of cumulative dose of radiation therapy, the secretion of saliva was decreased. When the cumulative dose of radiation therapy reached 10 Gy, 20 Gy, 40 Gy, the salivary secretion of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in radiation therapy cumulative dose of 60 Gy (P>0.05); when the cumulative dose of radiation therapy reached 10 Gy, 20 Gy, 40 Gy, and 60 Gy, the dry mouth level of both groups increased with increasing doses. The symptoms of dry mouth in the observation group were lighter than those in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yangyin Shengjin treatment can protect the function of parotid gland and improve dry mouth symptoms in radiation therapy of head and neck cancer.
