土木工程中,结构鲁棒性(国内规范始称整体稳固性)强调结构“在偶然局部损伤情况下,不致造成与此损伤起因(或程度)不相称的破坏”。考虑到鲁棒性对于防灾减灾的特殊意义,本文探讨和澄清鲁棒性分析的相关要点,包括它所考虑的结构状态及设计状况、“与起始事件无关”这一概念的内涵、结构体系与所处环境的相互作用等,为深入研究结构鲁棒性提供借鉴。
In civil engineering, the structural robustness (as defined by the national code as “overall robustness”) emphasizes that the structure “does not cause damage commensurate with the cause (or extent) of such damage in the case of accidental localized damage.” Considering the special significance of robustness to disaster prevention and mitigation, this paper explores and clarifies the relevant points of robustness analysis, including the structural state and design conditions it considers, the connotation of the concept of “not related to the initial incident” , The interaction between the structural system and the environment in which it is located, provide a reference for further study on structural robustness.
