X综合征是指原因不明的发作性心肌缺血,临床表现为典型劳力型心绞痛而冠状动脉造影正常的一组综合征。近年来已在国内外起普遍关注,国内仅有少数个案报道。现将我院发现的4例报道如下。 1 临床资料 本组病例男3例,女1例,年龄38～60岁;均无心脏瓣膜病、心肌病、糖尿病及高血压等心血管疾患。症状与体征:均以发作性心前区疼痛为主要症状,劳累是其诱因,心绞痛持续数分钟至1h,心绞痛发作时伴有心悸、多汗症状3例;查体均无阳性发
