本文分析了高频资源利用中存在的问题,认为高频资源还有很大潜力可挖,但必须有新的通信体制与之相适应,对强信号干扰及规避措施进行了概要分析,进而介绍了高频瞬间通信的特点,指出在衰落信道中,瞬间通信比常规通信体制有较大的体制增益,同时提出利用瞬间通信的特点在高频频域与时域的间隙中进行快速数据传输,使频率、时间、速率自适应和分组技术相结合,发展一种可靠性高和抗干扰能力强的高频通信新体制的可能性,并对发展与特点做了进一步的评述。
