为了开展人体营养状况的调查、监测、评价及其方法学的研究,以及营养与疾病的关系的研究,我们初步研制了这套包括用于个人或集体,以英文输出或汉字输出的BASIC语言编写的适用于1BM-PC机或Apple机的程序。主要特点是运算速度快,输出结果一目了然,具有初步的逻辑、判断、分析能力。 一、功能方面 1.全部数据键盘输入,对话方式,简单方便,切实可行; 2.食物品种363种,基本满足江苏地区要求,并可方便地增加食物数据; 3.可以任意天数为单位的膳食摄入量直接输入运算,为1～7日的膳食调查提供方便; 4.可以根据个人的年令、体重进行热量和蛋白质供给量标准校正;并按身高、体重的关系式:体重(kg)÷[身高(cm)-105]来提示体重是否偏低(其值小于0.9),正常(大
