克林霉素为林克霉素的半合成衍生物,临床应用广泛。近年来国内有文献报道,本品致味觉异常,现摘要如下。段志宏等[1]报道,例1:女性,因泌尿系感染给予克林霉素磷酸酯1.2g+0.9%氯化钠溶液250ml静脉滴注,1次/d,用药10min后自诉口苦,因未停该药,所以症状持续存在,停药30min后症状消失,第2天使用剂量、次数和第1天相同,口苦症状再次出现。例2:男,21岁
