目前,角膜移植术供体材料角膜保存的方法较多,有些仍处于观察阶段。我们对应用蜂蜜脱水低温保存板层角膜进行了动物实验及临床应用,例数虽少,但证明可行,现将结果介绍如下:材料与方法一、蜂蜜保存液的制备选用市售百花牌蜂蜜,第一日放在70℃恒温干燥箱内,持续3小时后恢复到室温。第二日再升至同样温度3小时后,再降至室温。第三日观察蜂蜜的失重情况,如此重复,直至蜂蜜的含水量减少至5～10%时,即蜂蜜纯度为90～95%时取出,做细菌培养,为阴性结果后分装在10～15ml 的无菌瓶内,腊封后放于4℃冰箱内保存备用。
