2007年4月18日辽宁省铁岭市清河特殊钢有限公司发生钢水包倾覆的特别重大事故。为了保证该类设备的使用安全,国家质检总局要求。对新出厂安装吊运熔融金属额定起重量大于或等于75t的起重机,其主起升机构应有两套驱动系统,当其中一套驱动系统发生故障时,另一套驱动系统应能保证在额定起重量下完成一个工作循环。而标准中没有对驱动系统一词严格界定,造成因理解出现的偏差而导致主起升机构方案设计的不同。笔者根据工作中的实际经验和遇到的具体问题,简要介绍一下冶金桥式铸造起重机中常见的几种主起升机构设计方案,并从驱动系统传动链的组成对其作进一步的比较和探讨。
