目的 探讨缺血性脑卒中与纤维蛋白原基因G( 45 5 )A多态性的关系。方法 利用PCR技术和分子杂交技术对北京地区 2 94例缺血性脑卒中患者进行纤维蛋白原基因G( 45 5 )A多态性位点的检测和分析 ,并与 2 79例北京地区的非脑卒中患者进行比较。结果 缺血性脑卒中患者纤维蛋白原基因G( 45 5 )A多态性的基因型频率和等位基因频率与对照组相比无明显差异。结论 纤维蛋白原基因G( 45 5 )A多态性可能不是缺血性脑卒中发病的遗传学危险因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between ischemic stroke and fibrinogen gene G (45 5) A polymorphism. Methods PCR and molecular hybridization were used to detect and analyze the polymorphism of fibrinogen G (45 5) A in 2 94 ischemic stroke patients in Beijing and compared with 2 79 cases in Beijing Stroke patients were compared. Results There was no significant difference in genotype frequency and allele frequency between G (45 5) A polymorphism of fibrinogen gene in patients with ischemic stroke and control group. Conclusion The polymorphism of fibrinogen G (45 5) A may not be a genetic risk factor for ischemic stroke.
