第一章 总则 第一条 中国地理学会冰川冻土分会(以下简称本会)是中国共产党领导下有关冰川冻土科学技术工作者和爱好者的学术性的群众团体,是中国地理学会的二级学会,对外简称中国冰川冻土学会(Chinese Society of Glaoiology and Cryopedology)。 第二条 本会的基本任务是在马列主义、毛泽东思想指导下,团结冰川冻土科技工作者和爱好者,开展国内外学术交流,提高和普及冰川冻土科学,发展冰川冻土事业,为实现新时期总任务,建设现代化的社会主义强国作出贡献。
