目的总结26例锥型(Cone)重建技术应用于先天性心脏病三尖瓣下移畸形矫治的护理配合方法。方法对26例三尖瓣下移畸形的患者行锥型重建术,术前加强营养,积极强心、利尿,术中密切观察心电图变化,适当延长麻醉诱导过程,术后积极预防肺动脉高压危象。结果 26例患者治疗效果满意,无1例死亡,顺利出院。结论术前物品准备齐全,术中充分了解手术步骤,密切观察手术进程,精准的手术配合,是手术成功的重要保证。
Objective To summarize the nursing coordination of 26 Cone reconstruction techniques in the treatment of congenital heart disease with tricuspid regurgitation. Methods Twenty-six cases of tricuspid regurgitation underwent cone reconstruction. Nutritional enhancement, positive cardiac and diuresis were performed preoperatively. Electrocardiographic changes were observed during operation and the induction of anesthesia was prolonged. Postoperative pulmonary hypertension risk . Results 26 cases of patients with satisfactory results, no one died, discharged successfully. Conclusion Preoperative preparation is complete, fully understand the surgical procedures in surgery, close observation of the surgical process, accurate surgical cooperation, is an important guarantee for the success of the operation.
