随着水利工程的不断发展,我国在各种大型水力发电项目都取得了成就,同时技术上也不断更新,但是还存在不少差距。通过列举水利规划中的各种问题,分析其中的要领,提出对策,为今后的水电建设发展提供一定的展望。主要针对我国目前水电盲目建设这一现状,提出了水电建设必须依据规划,并且为规划提出了可行的方法。
With the continuous development of water conservancy projects, China has made great achievements in various large-scale hydropower projects, and at the same time it is continuously updated in technology. However, there are still many gaps. By enumerating the various problems in the water conservancy planning, analyzing the essentials therein and putting forward the countermeasures, it can provide certain prospects for the future hydropower construction and development. Mainly for the current situation of China’s hydropower blind construction, proposed hydropower construction must be based on planning, and planning for the feasible method.
