目的:研究不同前型者下颌关节点和切点轨迹的特征。方法:用新型下颌三维运动轨迹描记仪MT-1602测量了55名不同前牙覆覆盖者下颌咀嚼运动关节与切点的轨迹,并进行了比较分析。结果:下颌双侧关节咀嚼轨迹与切点轨迹之间具有普遍的正相关性;深覆者关节与切点轨迹的侧向幅度均小于正常(P<0.01);额状面轨迹窄于正常(P<0.01);前牙深覆盖者的轨迹与正常者无差别(P>0.05)。结论:深覆是影响下颌咀嚼运动形态的主要因素,修复时应尽量避免前牙深覆的出现。
OBJECTIVE: To study the characteristics of mandibular joint and tangent point trajectories of different anterior types. Methods: The trajectory of mandibular joint and its tangent point in 55 different anterior teeth covered by a new mandibular three-dimensional motion track recorder MT-1602 was measured and compared. Results: There was a general positive correlation between the chewing trajectory and the tangent point trajectory of the mandibular joint. The lateral amplitude of the joint and the tangent point trajectory of the deep overlap joint was less than normal (P <0.01) Normal (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the depth of the anterior teeth between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Deep overlay is the main factor that affects mandibular chewing motion. The appearance of deep overlay of anterior teeth should be avoided when repairing.
