中国共产党在社会主义发展过程中发挥了不容小觑的作用,不可避免在此过程中党内也会沉淀产生不良之风。比如党内的形式主义,官僚主义,享乐主义和奢靡之风,这党内的“四风”问题,引起了领导干部的高度重视。在本文中我着重陈述这“四风”之中形式主义的问题,将从形式主义的含义,表现,产生原因,危害以及解决措施这五个方面进行具体说明。目的是为了通过我的研究对形式主义有更深刻的了解,在以后工作中尽量少犯形式主义的错误。
The Chinese Communist Party has played a role that should not be underestimated in the development of socialism. It is inevitable that during the course of this process, the party will also precipitate a bad wind. Such as the party’s formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and extravagance of the wind, the party’s “Four Winds” issue, has aroused the leading cadres attach great importance. In this article, I focus on the formalism in this “Four Winds” and I will give a concrete explanation from the five aspects of the formalism’s meaning, manifestations, causes, harms and solutions. The purpose is to gain a deeper understanding of formalism through my research and minimize the mistakes of formalism in my later work.
